Some appointments may require a deposit to confirm your booking. Deposits are applied toward your final bill and are non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment.
For prepaid treatments, refunds are available if the service has not yet been provided. Once a treatment has begun, only partial refunds may apply depending on the progress of the procedure.
If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us immediately. Verified errors will be refunded within 5–10 business days.
In exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies or service cancellation by our clinic), full refunds may be issued at our discretion.
